How long do I have to pick up my order?
Paid orders are held indefinitely. After 30 days we may call you to see if you still want the order, or if you would prefer a refund. Unpaid orders can be canceled after 48 hours unless approved by a staff member.

Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Bruteforcemtg.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Refunds
Refunds are requested after we receive and process your return. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Card Grading:

• Near Mint (NM)
  Cards in NM condition may show minimal wear, although it's not typically noticeable unless it is closely inspected. Foils in NM condition will have all of the inherent conditions specific to NM but will also have minimal to no clouding. Cards in NM condition will be tournament legal when sleeved and likely tournament legal without a sleeve, you may want to consult a judge should you decide to play without a sleeve to determine if it's legal.
• Slight Play (SP)
  Cards in SP condition will show definate, yet slight, wear. Cards may also have minor scratches or edge wear from shuffling. There will not be any fading, bends, or creases. Foils in SP condition will have all of the inherent conditions specific to SP but may also have slight clouding. Cards in SP condition will be tournament legal as long as they are sleeved.
• Played (PL)
  Played cards will have edge wear on all sides, including, but not limited to, minor fading, bent corners, depressions, and mild to heavy shuffle wear. Foils in PL condition will have all of the inherent conditions specific to PL but will also have clouding. Cards in PL condition will be tournament legal as long as they are sleeved.
• Heavily Played (HP)
  Heavily Played cards will have a wide range of defects, and may include, but is not limited to, heavy edge wear, creases, fading, bends, ink markings, and depressions. Foils in HP condition will have all of the inherent conditions specific to HP but will also have clouding. Cards in HP condition may require consent from a judge on whether they are tournament legal.
